Overview

PHP Version Checker (phpversionchecker.com) is operated by FantasyByte. The core checker is free to use, so you can try it before you pay. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Pro subscription.

Pro Subscription

• Pro costs US$9 per month, billed in advance each month until you cancel. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel Pro at any time from the checker on our website while signed in, or by emailing support@phpversionchecker.com. After you cancel:

• You will not be charged again.
• Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

We will refund a payment if:

• You were charged more than once for the same billing period
• You were charged after you had canceled
• There was a billing error on our side
• A refund is required by the consumer protection laws that apply to you

How to Request a Refund

Email support@phpversionchecker.com from the email address you used to pay, within 30 days of the charge. Please include your order ID (shown in your payment receipt) and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We can usually resolve billing problems quickly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes do not affect payments made before the update.
